**This is the baptism for families who attend Family First Fridays. If you want to be baptized on a Sunday, please click here.**

Is there someone in your family who wants to be baptized?

Baptism is an outward sign of something that has happened inside of us!  Jesus died and was raised to life.  And because He died and was raised, we can have a new life!  When you ask Jesus to be your best friend and live in your heart, the Bible says you are given a new life and the old way of living is gone!

The change that Jesus brings happens first on the inside, but we need to let everyone know about the change with an outward picture.  In baptism, when you go under the water, it is a picture of washing away all of the “yuck” of your “old life.”  When you are raised up out of the water, it is a picture of your “new life” with Jesus!

Please complete this form for your family members who are interested in being baptized!   We’re so excited for you!
